From the very begining it has been an old saying that politics is a very dirty game whether for anywhere or any wope of life.In my opinion politics should be the measurement of one's character who are taking keen interest whether in  being or making king of the country/states.Sofar as to the talks of Bihar educational system then words are insufficient to sum-up the corruption in Bihar due to casteism and many other factors are responsible for the damaging/devastating the educational manipulations in Bihar.

The entire education system of Bihar,starting from pillar to post is plagued by corruption and disregard  for quality. Education in Bihar has fallen into the toxic triangle of destructive leaders.Susceptible followers and conducive environment.Evennow, Modern Bihar has an inadequate educational infrastructure creating a huge mismalen between demand and supply.This problem is further compounded by increases in population.The craving for higher education among the general population of Bihar has led to a migration of the  student community from the state.Improving the education system in Bihar will likely require a multifaceted approaches that addresses various challenges such as infrastructures and access to quality education system for all students.for this performances Bihar government needs monitoring mechanism of teachers performances be incorporated in the education policy and it be linked to their annual appraisal process.Boost-up Teacher-Students ratio and recruit subject expert teachers especially for students from all the Sections and classes. Last but not the least the education supremo Mr.K.K.Pathak who has borned-up to the Holistic improvement in the education policy in Bihar.K.K.Pathak is inspecting different schools taking strict actions against negligent teachers to children's acedemical future.He has started Mission Daksh,under who 10,000 teachers have to adopt about 50,000 academically weak students & teach them separately. As I opine Mr.Pathak sir is doing better than the best for the improvement of education in Bihar eventhen, he has to think for the lives of teachers who are now-a-days going to meet with an accidents and getting spot death only to reach on time to pick-up schools otherwise they are being suspended in catching Red handed for the late arrivals.Pathak Sir has to become a motivator for the teachers than to be an instructor because the word instructor is harder than ever because you are not going to handle children of schools but to demonstrator of the children in future. So,be safe & sound to the teachers & make them submissive to the children to help them to find-out their motives.ln the long run I want to suggest to Sri Pathak sir about time managemen.The school time must be managed  from 10 to 4 rather 9 to 5 .
